Al Gore Makes Revolutionary Global Warming Speech to NY Law

Al Gore has done it again! In a speech to NY Law School in September 18th, former VP Gore furthered the recommendations made in his movie, "An Inconvenient Truth" by making sweeping recommendations for the U.S. to reduce it's emissions and make steps towards preserving the earth. He has many recommendations but the main ones seem to be:

1. A CO2 emissions freeze - he says we need to cap CO2 emissions at the current levels

2. A CO2 mortgage system - basically to give incentives to build efficient structures and convert energy savings to mortgage savings

3. A revenue-neutral CO2 tax - you make more CO2, you pay more taxes.

Now all we need to do is implement some of these, go Al Gore!
